CHECKING OUT: How do I place an order? When you have finished shopping, simply click the "Check out with PayPal" or "Checkout" button. If you are paying with PayPal, you have to have a PayPal account. Signing up is easy and best of all, it is free!!! If paying with a credit card, fill in your billing address and click continue. On the next page, I invite you to create an account with us or you can opt not to. Just simply check the box without creating an account to continue. Then, under "Payment Method", click "Pay Now". On the next page, on the left hand side, you will click "Continue" to enter your credit card information.
How long does it take for Out of Stock items to be re-stocked? We restock on a regular basis; however, we cannot guarantee when or if an item will be restocked. When can I expect delivery of my package? While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by phone or email.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. Please allow up to 10 days for all international deliveries. Shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees and related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. RETURNS: What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at MyMasterpeaces! We are proud to offer our customers a 30-Day Hassle Free Return & Exchange Policy to assure that you receive the absolute best customer service there is to offer! No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the original tags are removed from the merchandise. Any merchandise received that shows obvious signs of tampering or removal of original tags will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of ship date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
